I will be out "Sick" from work on september 22nd 23rd and 24th(COUGH) and i'll need some buds to play with me on ffxiv to make me feel better . anyone interested in maybe joining the same server? I'm probably going to be a human Archer or Thaumaturge. I can't decided.

So yea, I won't be playing the game until March 2011.

As for the same server, I think it's basically set that most of us will be joining the same one so that we can all play together. However as of yet server names haven't been revealed, thus the lack of topics.

awww . you'll be there with us in spirit lol. I'm getting the ps3 version as well but until then i'll be on PC. do you think they'll release a listing of server names prior to release? ffxii was my first MMO and communicative technology(facebook,myspace,youtube etc) wasn't really out then so people couldn't stay in touch as easily as we do now. I have no idea if ffxiii released server names. Did they? if so, then they'll probably release em for this game as well. I'm hoping. Who's gonna want to buy the game, come sit on the forum waiting for responses? lol everyones gonna be creating their character.

The question is - When PC version is released how should we react on BV? How will those waiting for PS3 feel when its flooded by those playing? Any suggestions/feelings? I wouldnt want to make others suffer.

September 22.. thats a..Wednesday.. my last working day of the week, I WILL BE THERE FROM 2PM GMT (if it loaded/updated by then!) hmm Might have to be a day off to make sure it is....

I can't afford to! By the time I pay my car insurance each month, my phone bill, gym membership (which I haven't actually gone to yet!), going out etc then it's physically impossible for me to do that! Plus I'm going on holiday twice next year. Magaluf for a friends birthday, and to Antigua with the family. I need to save...

There should be a PC only section where people playing on PC can go talk, so people on PS3 can avoid spoilers xD

Seriously though, it's going to be frustrating seeing all of you talking about and enjoying the game, whereas others like myself will have to sit tight for another 6, six, VI, seis...MONTHS!

My pc is diying and the battery of my ipod is almost empty. If i get an acer predator, i van forget holydays this year, and next too prolly. So i dont know either what to do.

If it makes u feel a bit better once you start in march you will have lots of friends from this community who will gladly help you with armor/weapons/gil/quests! Consider me one of those

Thank you! ^^ Won't that be...cheating?! I guess that's what an MMO is for, though. Interaction with other people! I'll probably need all the help I can get seeing that I have no MMO experience whatsoever. I'll appreciate your help!

ya i didn't think about the PS3 players. I myself will be playing the PC version but as soon as the PS3 version comes out i'll get that. Unless they don't integrate some type of voice chat. So so far we have 5 people wanting to maybe join together?

Merrick, most of us plan to be on the same server and play together, you included. You'll have plenty of people to play with on day of release.. then more on day of PS3 release which is when I'll be joining!

Oh hells yes, an MMO is much more fun with others just don't be afraid to kick people's butts if they make you skip through cut scenes!! I hate that so much!

In Guild Wars I'm now probably the only player who still watched the cinematics, pretty sure my groups all want to kill me.. ^_~ But that's why you play the game, to enjoy it!

Oh, I have ALWAYS wondered how cut scenes would work with multiple players! So EVERYONE has to choose skip if they don't want to watch it?
