Old player coming back to 11 after a long time gonna start fresh gonna do a paladin and was wondering a good EST server thanks

why you going back to FF11, FF14 is just around the corner?

and you gotta get to lvl 30 then do the quest for paladin cant be paladin straight away....or have they changed that?

I thought about returning to FFXI myself... but since quitting due to real life drama, and giving my account to a friend... then said friend selling off ALL~ my gear from 7 fully geared 75 jobs... I just don't have it in my. Especially as Realm says, with FFXIV right around the corner. That is, unless you don't plan to play FFXIV at all, or very rarely even?

Gonna play both probally 11 more as my pc i have is in need of some major upgrades so while im working on my 14 pc im gonna play 11. And yes i know i have to have a 30 to do the quest.

You know what would be cool? If SE gave us a monthly fee of 20$ a month or something close, and we could play both games... Oh man I'd just die if we could do that!

I've actually been thinking of going back to FFXI again until FFXIV comes out. I'm currently not playing an mmo and the wait for FFXIV is driving me crazy. Life is kinda crazy right now though, not sure if I'd really have any time to play T.T

Well im on Phoenix server not 1 bit unhappy from returning. Its still a epic mmo with easy ways to level. But if ya come back give me a tell in game name is Reif.

I'm getting ready to start playing again, hopefully tonight if I can get everything downloaded. I'm going to start on a new server so I'll look you up. I'll be making a taru named Krisfer most likely.

I haven't gotten to play yet...still downloading updates. I just downloaded the "Ultimate Collection" which they say is "the most complete collection to date". You'd think they could throw in some of these updates in with the initial download instead of waiting for 10 hours downloading updates... I love you SquareEnix. Sigh, I'm just wanting to play before FFXIV comes out, lol.

Yeah i pretty much soloed to 15 in west ronfaure using the FoV system. Its a nice thing they added for quests. Also if you get in a level sync party the exp is insane.

To bad there isn't a trial option for FFXI, would love to give it a try before FFXIV comes out.
