well... i think you will have to ask Army for that ^^
It has one PCIex16 and its empty and to top that the Graphics Description is "Integrated Graphics" seem to mean you dont have a graphics card, so no wonder the low score. And the processor may be a bit slow. The power supply may be a problem to upgrade your PC i'm afraid. That is thus my humble opinion.
But i'm sure that as soon as Army is around he will give you better advice :)

After sifting through allllllllllllllllll of the stuff like 'Color: Black' and ps/2 ports :P (Really only need to look at Motherboard, CPU, GPU and Ram assuming you have a HDD from the last 5 years to take the space)

I can confidently tell you that GPU is your missing piece. For $300 you might be able to grab a good Geforce card, depending on what type of dollars you trade with, US or AUD or CAD or SD.

For ezaple, I am getting an ATI XFX HD5770 with 1g dedicated Video Ram which is a high performing midrange card, at the $300 (Espetially in US dollars) you should be able to get a Budget High performing card. Nvidia GTX 4xx card. Howevr this depends on what your current motherboard will support as the will most likely be your second bottle neck as you can't really do anything about your RAM or CPU without replacing that as well

Theres not alot you can do with just a 300 watt psu. if you wanted to upgrade you'd need at around 600. This is the best I can do.
$79.99 PSU: CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX 550
$199.99 GPU: EVGA 768-P3-1360-TR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB

If you've got an exta 30 bucks get this GPU instead: EVGA 01G-P3-1465-AR GeForce GTX 465 (Fermi) 1GB

GTX 460 is significantly better. Around 50% improvement on most benchmarks from what I read.

I however, this weekend past assembled my PC with a XFX ATI HD5770 1gb

I am running a

Core i3 2.93 Ghz
4gb DDR3 Ram
Win 7 64 bit
1Tb HDD
ATI HD5770 1gb

My Low res benchmark (I have no intention of bothering with 1080p on a 22 inch screen since I can;t tell the difference and would rather recoupe better fps) was 3332 and everytime I run the benchmark is it the same more or less.

Considering that the ATI card was AU$200 and the GTX460 was AU$360 I am sure it will suffice if you want to save the money.

If the game follows other MMO trends, the high end content is what begs an Upgrade so depending on how fast you progress your could make do with the ATI and get a GTX when they are cheaper.

Or if your motherboard supports it, the ATI HD range gets great results Crossfiring
