Ello pplz, here browsing forums on info on up comming FFXIV, decided to join, I remember plaing XI for a few days and the graphics / game style didn't work for me so i stoped. Going to try to do it with this game =) lets see how it goes =)

Hello!
You played FFXI for a couple of days? Literally days, or a few months?
What was it about the graphics that put you off? (they were good for back in the day, were they not?)
Anyway, FFXIV looks stunning graphically, so hopefully you won't have the same problem with this game!

Oh btw, graphics on FFXIV are something i consider as unseen on MMO's, soooooo great X) have a look around, loads of screenshots fro the beta testers in the comunity and official screenies aswell omg i still drooling at them. The open beta will be there shortly, check the post about it and good luck getting in

Yea only a couple of days. like maybe a few weeks, I was a lil impatient too so yea. We'll i played Aion, Wow, etc. alot of games Aion is the game that i was amazed with the graphics on it, but it was too much of a farming game, having to collect 100 of an item that didnt drop 50% of the time more of a 25% drop rate. I spent a good 2-3 days on it for about 4 -5 hours. It would prolly be different if i was farming them for items instead of for a quest drop, but yea.
