Please could anyone in beta let me know what the hotkeys are in the Default layout?

For instance, to open:

map - M
Character Info - C

I am trying to set up a mod for my keyboard and if I at least get beta keys set it will make release abit easier! Things like sit (if it heals!), target closest /cycle next enemy, cycle through weapons (I hope there is one!), Spell Window, Inventory etc.

I looked at Armies beta manual but couldnt find any.

Thanks Eorzea. About time I used this keyboard and mouse for what I bought them for. Time to get modding :0

EDIT: I find it really helpful to have my left hand doing the moving and my right hand pressing the skills and having target next on the mouse side button works real well!

Yes it is. I'm playing beta with a game controller and all works well, although in phase 3 there were some issues. (For instance you couldn't select through tabs in your journal without the mouse. But that was a glitch, I'm sure it will be fixed.)

What kind of controller are you using? I plugged my xbox controller into it and got nothin.

make sure you get the drivers for the xbox controller for windows. just google it.

and if you have the wireless controller, you need to get the wireless adapter for it. from what i know, it only works on the "wired" controllers.


is there still no mouse functions for such as selecting things, or camera control? i friggin HATED playing this game with the keyboard and mouse on XI, and now they're making us play it Again with the KB only? that's why i went out and bought the damn xbox 360 controller. i just hope it doesn't let me down since the damn chicks at game stop game me a wireless set up = /

And my mind just went straight from the gutter , down the drain , cracked on a broken beer bottle , fell onto a sleeping homeless man , and straight into the sewer .
