System re-start After patch 08.06

Anyone else PC started to re-boot after these latest updates? My screen goes black, sound continues, then the sounds freezes and it reboots.

Negative. I have experienced no technical issues beyond the normal.

Did you use the SE updater? or did you download the patches off of http://www.ffxivcore...l-instructions/ ?

I used the torrent file and opened it in utorrent like the last times. Was working fine last night, then the patches tonight then bam!

its been ok since.

I used the megaupload link for the recent brown patches.

Has anyone else who used the utorrent patches experienced any difficulty?

I have not so far, this morning the updater would not work at all, but after I installed the torrented files it was fine.

I don't know if it's because I live in Japan, but I have always been able to download updates straight from the server in almost no time at all. Much safer (and more convenient), too!

Yeah. My GTX 460 was running the EVGA benchmark and I had to redo everything lol.
