Hello everyone, my name is Ryan and I am really glad to have stumbled upon this website. I am 24, from Boston, and have been a big Square/Enix fan since the days of Chrono Trigger. I play a lot of games, and am very excited to be playing FFXIV at launch. I look forward to playing with all of you when the game launches, and have a new computer on it's way to my house as we speak mostly for this game haha. Anyways, I'll be active so I'm sure you will be seeing my name around!

I just Googled for FFXIV forums and managed to find this one! haha. Most of the ones I found were either:
A) Without many posts / members
or
B)From 2009
My main goal here is to have a bunch of us on the same server so we can all help each other and enjoy the game more

I really enjoyed FFXI when it came out for PS2 and I think I was one of the 100 people who bought it with that stupid hard drive because it was phased out soon after haha. Then WoW stole my soul, but I've been following this game as close as possible through development and am very excited. The only gripe I have at all however, is that you basically need a game pad to enjoy it. I like using the keyboard and mouse method with MMO's
