Some friends of mine and i have been creating different characters. We wanted to know if anyone has heard anything about the guardians aspect. Will it matter what you decide to choose. Will this add to your skills, or give you a certain benefit? has anyone heard anything?

Hmm, good question. My deity, Rhalgr gives me a bonus to skill points when I invoke his aspect.

Does anyone else have a different effect from their aspect?

If not then do you think it's either because it isn't implemented yet or because all of the low level levequests are centered around growth.

i dont know which one i chose but it also gave me a better chance at receiving skill up points when i invoked it. so I dont know if that's the same for EVERYONE or not

I am pretty sure it is the same for everyone. don't think it matters which of the twelve you choose. Having said that, I think it did have an effect on the elements, as I had started with a higher lightening element.

I think that's just the new starting stats, not your guardian.

I'm worried about this. I don't want to choose something that gimps my character later. Is it better to choose the guardian that matches the month of your character's birthday? And can we change our guardian later?

I wouldn't stress about it. The differences won't be game breaking even if you choose the "wrong" one.

SE said that there will be a way to change deities later on because there are some major story events about the 12 that may cause you to change your mind.
