Hey everyone, im new to this forum and new to online Final Fantasy. I am a huge fan since FF6 but never had the time to play online with XI. I cant wait to get playing and hopefullt RPing too. Pleased to meet you all and ive already got a few questions to ask

Hey thanks everyone and hello. Im from Wakefield in Yorkshire and i take it you mean Kuriu is from hell.. as in Leeds?

And no Val. Once ive decided which character i want to be and got my head around a few of the machanics ill create one. I used to roleplay NWN1 alot years ago. not done it since due to work but i cant wait to start again i was quite good and i loved it

Is FF14 gonna have alot of RPers or is it just a grind to max lvl game? i hope its rp based but i never played XI.

Argh!

I don't think you can be an evil character as such. Maybe you could RP as one or something, but if people don't know that you're RP'ing then they'll probably just think that you're a nasty person xD

Nah i was more of an ingame roleplayer. forums are for questions on stuff i dont know about... so many questions

Apparently the Besaid server is an 'unofficial Roleplay server', so I'm guessing that a lot of people who want to RP will be joining that.

Yea i heard that too. Im tempted to just give it a go and see what feels best. i dont really want to be RPing while evryone else is just flying around and smashing everything around me lol it spoils it. Im just gonna go with the flow..
