Ok, so I really hope someone here can help me because I'm beyond annoyed at this stage.

At least once a day while I am running around FF one of two things happens. Either my screen goes black and says "Analog out of Range" or my screen turns all to bars. Either way, the only way for me to get picture back is to hard reset my machine. This is not good.

This problem only happens when I am playing FFXIV. It does not happen with any other MMO or while randomly surfing the net.

All my drivers are up to date.

Please help.

ETA: I did try running the game in Windowed mode to see if that would help (i.e. would it only black out the game window). It did not. The whole screen still messes up.

you might be pushing you card to much try lowering you graphics and see if it still does it

My graphics card is on the factory default settings. I don't even know how to change them.

As an update, this is still a problem with my graphics on the lowest settings. I'm running an ATI 4800 series, so not totally out of date, and it does meet the minimum requirements at least.
