Did not see a topic for this one so I decided to make a topic for this one. ^_^ Definitely excited for this game and don't know if others are or not.

After a decade of waiting, the biggest names from the Marvel Universe will clash head on with the combined might of Capcom’s best known and most feared roster of gaming characters. Powered by the mighty MT Framework engine, MARVEL® VS. CAPCOM® 3 will deliver the best ever match up of legendary fighters and no holds barred fighting action. Get set for the ultimate faceoff when MARVEL® VS. CAPCOM® 3: Fate of Two Worlds hits the Xbox 360® and PlayStation 3® on 2/15/2011.

This is of course the U.S. version the EU version is set to release on the 18th and the JP version on the 17th.

One of the first trailers released for the game, which was quite impressive and gave viewers a laugh while watching Deadpool fight with Dante.

The second trailer in the series showcasing a few more fighters that had been shown before. The scene with Captain America seems to be one of my favorites.

The third trailer in the series, of which showcases the villains and more characters showing up like X-23 and Arthur.

The last and final trailer of the series which this time shows the last remaining characters [I do believe?] Giving it's usual bit of comedy through Haggar and Felicia.

Seeing as I posted a lot of videos here I will use the next to post some images I suppose but I don't want to have to slap a 56k warning on this title so I guess I should opt out of it. Anyway anyone planning on getting the game or just me? :P

Hah, 56k warning. Poor 56k users.

I won't have a chance to play this till I join my friend back in the states (he's more a fanatic about it than me) but I'm sure it's lots of fun. Annoyed that there aren't more characters though. That's sort of the staple for this series... tons of characters. This is just speculation on my part, but I figure it took longer to animate frame by frame every character from MvC2 than it did to work with the 3D models in this game.... So why not more?

Unfortunately, when we get more, they're gonna be DLC pay per character pair. Miss the old days of a developer putting everything including the kitchen sink into a game, even if it mean t a delay or two.

Yeah that's the main thing a friend and I am upset about. Of course I already have a good team with what they have so far, but it's just an annoyance they are not unlockable like some others in the game. Yeah I think your right about that as well as licensing being an issue in this game. At least for certain Marvel characters not so sure about the Capcom ones. With all the street fighter characters they have made why haven't some been thrown in?

It's a fun game, and I'm having fun playing it.

I just wish you could shut the damn title screen/menu announcer up. I find his voice rather irritating. That, and the fact that the game actually takes time to process and advertise DLC to you every time you start the game is reeeaaally unnecessary.

Also, no Megaman? Really? They have She Hulk but no Megaman. Baffling.

She-Hulk is godly.

Yeah it is pretty fun and do wish that you could turn off the notification as well as the constant auto save (Probably can but I just don't know it) because it makes the whole transitioning from one menu to the next that much more painful and even starting the game difficult.

Wouldn't be surprised if they slapped a 5.00 price tag on Megaman character they are done with SSFIV so I could see them putting more focus on to this game now. Especially after they release SFIII
