Game designer Hironobu Sakaguchi (Final Fantasy series, Blue Dragon, The Last Story) revealed on his Twitter account on Sunday that he composed a song for the victims of the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake disaster of March 11. A female staff member of his Mistwalker studio sang the song "Pray for you," and Sakaguchi himself performed the final chorus.

You can listen to the song HERE.

Not what I imagined it would sound like. I thought it would be more sombre, with more lyrics, but it's pretty upbeat. I can't say that I like it, but it's nice that he dedicated this to the victims. As ever my thoughts go out to the victims and their respective families.
