So I finally got a taste of leve linking recently and the SP was amazing. The problem is that finding pick-up groups to link with is turning out to be near impossible! It seems as if most people only link with their LS and that's it. I realize doing so is the most efficient/reliable option, but I am shocked there aren't more people out there looking to link leves on their own.

Perhaps it has simply been bad timing on my part, but any shouts I have made at Broken Water looking for a leve link party have gone unanswered.

I saw a shout or two when I was around a week or two back. Chances of catching a shout that's within your lvl range is kinda slim though, seems like.
