Haha, it was my day off today. :) Sadly I don't really have that many new games to play right now, so I end up just jumping in and out of them for a short time.. usually trying to clear everything lol, but that gets boring! It may look impressive but really the most I played on today was LBP, Tekken 6 and Gears of War 2. :msnlaugh:

However, I'll be buying Dragon Age this week on friday! I'll more than likely be posting that here for a while! :P

Well, I was playing LBP early hours of this morning, so that counts as today. I've been playing this recently, I forgot how fun it was. I made a couple of levels ages ago, but they aren't very good. There are some amazing user created levels though! You can see the effort that people put in to this game.

I tried out DJ Hero in HMV. I was...terrible, haha.

I never really fell out of love with LBP, the user creativity is just great. Not often that things are repetative and usually there's always something new to play! I've made a new level recently which I think is quite good, but I just need people to try it out with me. :(

& I will play your level with you sometime! Right now though...I need to crack on with an essay. 2000 words for 9 tomorrow morning, and I've done...well, I haven't got to 100 words yet.

I played Resident Evil 5 again today, not for long as usual.. then Tekken 6 online after work with Kurisu for more epics matches! :P

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

I thought I better give the game some love, as after I completed it I didn't really go back to it. I don't think I'll play through the single player again for a while, I'll just stick to the online. But I'm not very good at online versus, so I get quite stressed when I keep dying...therefore I didn't play it for long!

Bayonetta (Demo)

The first time I played the demo I got my ass handed to me on a plate! I thought "I don't get the hype around this game at all...". However, today I played the demo again. I got a hang of the controls more this time, and it was actually a lot of fun!

The frame rate of the game isn't exactly stable, and seems to tear a little while you are running around / in a busy fight, but it isn't anything too drastic. The game looks quite dull (colour wise) at times, but the fast paced action and over the top moves make up for that.

I'm not a huge fan of the "OMG I AM A FEMALE LEAD LET'S GET SEMI-NAKED WHEREVER I CAN" approach that the game has, and in that sense it kind of seems that the game is aimed at 13 year old boys. But with that aside, the game seems like it will be good. I wouldn't rush out and buy it, but maybe I'll pick it up when it becomes cheaper.

I did however try out the Beyonetta demo myself, it was alright but like Kurisu already said the frame rate was a little slow and colours were a little dull. Enjoyable game though, a little confusing to get a hang of at the beginning.

So I completed God of War II today. Such an epic game. Now I have restarted Grand Theft Auto IV. I've never made it further than the second island without losing interest, but I really want to give it a proper shot now, even more so with the announcement that The Episodes from Liberty City expansions have been announced for PS3. I have heard they are better than GTA IV itself. I know you don't even need GTA IV to be able to play them, as they are standalone games on their own rights. But there is no point in me dropping money on them if I cannot even complete the main game!

Finally finished Uncharted 2. What a great game experience!

I had been staying away from the multiplayer until I beat the main game, so I went ahead and played a bit of this too.

Busted out my PS1 games and took some dust off Legend of Dragoon. Also have been playing Fire Emblem 4 recently. Whenever the household PS3 is available, I normally hop on Valkyria Chronicles (though last time I played it was Thursday I think).

This past weekend was over my friend's place and beat story mode a few times to unlock all Soul Calibur 4 characters then proceeded to creating customized characters and fought against my buds.

Legends of Dragoon! Awesome game! I haven't played it in for ever, I might have to find a copy and play it again. It's one of my fav PS1 rpg's, right next to FFVII.

I played Some Trials HD, an arcade side scrolling dirt bike game, I love every bit of that game. I also played some Phantasy Star Universe, didn't spend a lot of time on it though.

I wish I had gotten Tekken 6 for PS3 instead, but I got it for Xbox, and I never play it. Maybe I should work on that. Another game I haven't played in awhile is RE5, great game, I think I'll play some tomorrow.
