Hey

Wondering how many of you have preordered or are buying modern warfare 2 when it comes out.

Im really excited about the game some peopl i know on xbox got it yesterday and im very jealous. It sounds like it is going to be a good game i was disapointed with WaW and hope this is going to be better.

I like the sound of some of the new things they have added like Throwing knifes. Like the new kill cam that shows the winning kill in slo-mo which i think is pritty cool. I know quite a few things about the game allready off friends. Might make a new thread with what i know about it.

Anyway what do you guys think it is going to be like?

I think it's going to be cool and all, though I'm not liking the Tactical Nuke. My brother gets 25 kill streaks like every 3rd game (depending on map of course).

Yeah ill list some things i have found out about the game.

-You can pick up Throwing knifes from dead bodies and the floor/walls.
-You get points if people shoot your shield
-Search and destory kill streaks carry on to the next round.
-You get death Streaks so if you die 3 times in a row you get 3times health for 10 seconds
-Every like 10 levels you can unlock a new type of airstrike/Helicopter/Tactical Nuke
-The Nuke ends the game and you win instantly
-Perk called Bling that lets you have 2 attachments
-Perks have a Pro Version E.g Stopping Power has extra bullet damage to helicopter and aircraft.

Yeah, I picked it up for 360. I love it, although it is kind of depressing on how many hours I haven't put into it. I got it the day it came out and when i finally got home that day, I went straight to bed. The next day I worked 19 hours so needless to say when I got home I went straight to bed then too. So I finally got to play a bit on Thursday. When I finally got to play it I really enjoyed it, I'm glad I bought it, even if I never have time to play it.

I rented this game for two weeks and didn't spend any time with online Competitive. I got Platinum on my first week and ended up helping my friends + random gamefaqs users obtain "Star 69" in Spec Ops. I must have helped fifteen or so players get that trophy before bringing the game back. Needless to say I've become a cooperative guru, a spec ops master, the echo champion, the Juggernaut king.

My success rate during the last couple days was 100%. Every mission completed on our first try using my strategies. Should any of you need help I could talk you through basic strategy. Just make sure to show up for class to learn basic theory before plunging into practical application (^_^)v

me and a mate tried to do the echo missions on Veteran at his house couldnt even get close so we went down to regular still couldnt do it tried all night his missus passed out on the couch a few a hours before noticed lol so go home and nxt day go online and we tried again on regular was alot easier not looking into a small screen we nailed them all first try didnt try em on veteran yet thats just mental
