What do you think about this? Do you think we will be seeing and North American and European release before March 2010?

I think it could be possible, seeing that after the latest Japanese trailers were released, English versions were released a few days later. I don't ever remember translations of FF trailers being done THAT quick.

The only thing that I'm not too sure about is the release of Star Ocean 4 The Last Hope International, which will be releasing in February. Do Square Enix really want to pit their games up against eachother?

I'm also keen to find out how many discs the Xbox 360 version will be on. I'm not flaming or anything, I'm just curious to see how the transition went from PS3 > 360.

I really don't think Star Ocean 4 poses any threat to the sales of Final Fantasy XIII. Fans of the series will buy whichever they prefer (if not both). What will hurt its sales, however, it releasing the game in January or February when people generally don't have a lot of money to spend. t's a shame it can't be released worldwide on December 17th. Such timing would guarantee fantastic sales.

Then again, Final Fantasy is Final Fantasy. It always sells!

Thats awesome news. I've been looking forward to playing this. I think its very possible that it will be released in NA and European countries by March 2010. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I don't really think Star Ocean would hurt FF XIII's sales. Though FF XIII could hurt Star Ocean's sales because for one, FF XIII will most likely be much better and two, Star Ocean has been out on the xbox 360 for some time now. For PS3 owners who love rpgs and have some extra money, they would probably get both.

I would like to know how many discs it will ship on for xbox 360 too. I haven't bought a PS3 yet so I only can play it on 360. I don't really mind swapping discs but it is a little inconvenient. Lost Odyssey had 4 discs and Star Ocean had 3 discs so I wonder where Final Fantasy XIII will stand.
