Physical Description: Kazuma is about 5'11" and medium build. He has short maroon hair which is best described as a messy fohawk. He is suppose to wear a suit everyday but often doesn't have a tie and his collared shirt is missing the top button or two.
Personality: Kazuma is a fun, witty individual that lives up to his reputation as being a bit of a joker, the jokes he tells often being cheesy by nature. Being a laid back sort of guy, he effortlessly gains the friendship of most around him thanks to his cheerful disposition and relaxed approach to responsibility. Where he excels in skill and charisma, he lacks in self motivation and will often ditch his responsibilities to take a nap in a nearby tree; much to the discontent of his higher ups, who have many times thought of taking disciplinary action, weren’t it for Kazuma's value to Shinra.
Background/History: His father had been one of the biggest investors in ShinRa and when his father died when Kazuma was only 11. Kazuma then decided to join ShinRa. He thought that, that is what his father would wanted. Joining ShinRa at such a young age was a great idea, ShinRa had funded for his schooling and had him tested in various fields. Kazuma excelled on the shooting range and after a few years he had the best long distant shot in all of ShinRa. After working his way through the ranks of ShinRa and eventually joining The Turks he was given a very important assignment. There were rumors of another branch of Avalanche that could start to stir up trouble. Kazu was assigned to act as a spy and join their forces, and to inform ShinRa what this group is up too.
Weapons: A Custom Sniper Rifle (DeadSight) 4 slots
Armour: Kevlar Vest
Abilities: Using his quick reflexes and precision aim makes Kazuma a very valuable sharpshooter. He doesn't need to be stationary to be able to use his rifle either, if you think getting close to this sniper will give you any advantage, then you better think again.
