I wonder how accurate those numbers are... :msnflushed:
Either way, it's a good sign!

Anyway, this is a good length for the game. For some reason the back of my mind was telling me that this game was going to be really short.

Me too, Kurisu! I'm glad this has been confirmed, thanks Eorzea! I wasn't really looking forward to spectacular visuals, sound effects and a short storyline. Most of the recent next gen console SE games I've played have been that way. Not that it makes them bad.. just less enjoyable. I'm happy that all this time we've spent waiting will finally pay off! :D
I'm sure it'll take me a while to get through the game, I like collecting and completing everything that's availible! If there is enough content in the game, which I'm sure there will be, then most players will probably score a high playtime. Think of all the previous FF titles we still play today and add up all that time! @_@; Crikey! :msnchuckle:
Taking content away from the game and releasing via DLC would suck... :/ By all means, add DLC! It's great, but just not the original content! :(

I can also imagine SE releasing extra missions (hunts) via PSN / LIVE. This could maybe enable players to get item drops faster than usual, maybe being able to upgrade weapons at a faster rate.
Speaking of weapons...
...Ultima weapon DLC! Hmm, there are endless amounts of ways SE could leach off of us.
