The Rolanberry Fields, Ronafure, Al'Taieu, etc...These are some of my favorite places within the land of Vana'diel! Yet it is not the landscapes nor the monsters that make them my favorite areas to journey through. What makes these lands so wonderful and really pushes FFXI beyond any other online gaming experience before is the music. The beautiful soundtrack that Square-Enix has incorporated into the land of Final Fantasy XI. It may be that I am just a very big nerd when it comes to these things but no matter how much time I spend away from FFXI, it always seems to be the music that I miss most, the music seems to be the one thing that constantly lures me back to FFXI. Of course, the community of friends that I made in Vana'diel is always going to be of great importance, yet when I really think about FFXI and how amazing it actually is and was, I think back to the songs that provide me with so much history and memories.

I assume many people play with the sounds off as they grind out there levels but to those of you who don't I pose you with a question...which music is it that provokes the most memorable experiences of your time in Final Fantasy XI? Which land has the most stunning and beautiful soundtrack within all of Vana'diel??

I simply couldn't narrow down to simply one song from FFXI since there are many amazing songs. I've listed on my post a lot of BC music and random places like Sea.

What really moved me the most though was the music from fights like Alexander and Promithia, they really set you right mood for the fight.
