Ooooh.. That's really sweet!

I wonder what class uses guns? Are there more Disciplines of War, or is it an alternate weapon for Archer?

Oh, guns have been confirmed! That's good for those people who like to use that! I doubt I'll use them myself, although I may give them a try at some point to see how it effects the battle.

And the Lalafell...

...too cute for words! I still don't think I'd want to play as one, though.

The graphics aren't quite as good as I thought they would be, but I don't care about that! But still, graphics will more than likely improve for the final build, right?

Yes, the graphics will improve for the final build. I'm sure the somewhat low quality of graphics is simply due to the fact that it's the alpha test. The settings may be low, too.

Actually I'm really impressed by the graphics..

Being an MMO, I just expected them to be not so impressive... and while there are some rough edges on the clothes, the faces are amazing.. That's the most important part.

Also, in that video, you can see a character model casting shadows on itself... that's a pretty nice visual feature for an MMO. And look at the number of people in that room!

If there's one thing I'd still like to see, it's that even with dozens and dozens of players on screen, none of them disappear. It needs to be able to display everyone in town without making sacrifices.

I don't know, people have always been a bit reluctant to post around here. I think they like to fully digest everything that's going on before posting their own thoughts/opinions/etc. Though this is a thread for images, so perhaps that doesn't apply. :rolleyes:

Either way, all in good time. I'm sure plenty of people have enjoyed the images you've posted, so keep at it and it's only a matter of time until others join in as well.

I quite like the Roegadyn in this picture:

Dual wielding an axe and a gun? And an eyepatch to boot? Doesn't get much cooler than that.

o.O that cutscene was AWESOME! Great post Eorzea! The frame lag was a little obnoxious but I'm sure if it runs AT LEAST that good on my system (it better, considering the specs) it should be fun as hell! Game looks TOO good.
