Name:	Spoiled Soil Horn and Hand 7th Eye, Diego Athral
Description:	The region's current midge infestation has become more than a nuisance, now threatening the crops and livestock of many La Noscean farmers and shepherds. After numerous petitions to the Admiral, the city-state has decided to take action, working in conjunction with several of the hardest-hit guilds to eliminate the pest problem by hiring adventurers to seek out and exterminate the insects. Why fight dangerous vilekin, though, when eliminating the creatures' eggs before they hatch could achieve the same results, as well as improve our faction's standing with the Admiral herself (while earning us a large portion of the allotted bounty)? Travel to the indicated location and assist Seventh Eye Diego Athral in the collection of soil samples to determine where the midges are laying their eggs. Based on the findings, another party will be sent to "purify" the land.
